1. Eligibility
1.1 The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
1.2 Entrants must own or work for a UK-based exterior cleaning business. This includes window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, driveway cleaning, roof cleaning and soft washing.
1.3 The giveaway is open to trade entrants only. Entries from members of the public who do not operate an exterior cleaning business are not eligible and will be disqualified.
1.4 Employees of Reach Pro Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible.
1.5 Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
2. How to enter
2.1 To enter, complete the entry form on the Monthly Giveaway page at reachprouk.co.uk/monthly-giveaway. Entrants must provide their name, business name, business location, email address and the services their business provides.
2.2 One entry per business per monthly giveaway. Multiple entries from the same business, whether submitted under different names or email addresses, will be disqualified.
2.3 Entries open on the first day of each calendar month and close at 23:59 on the last day of that month. Entries do not carry over to future draws. Entrants are welcome to enter again in the following month’s draw.
2.4 Entries submitted using fake, duplicate or automated accounts will be disqualified.
3. Verification
3.1 Reach Pro Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify fraudulent, duplicate or ineligible entries at its sole discretion.
3.2 Before the prize is released, the winner must provide reasonable proof that they operate a UK exterior cleaning business. Acceptable proof includes a business website, a business social media page, a recent invoice, branded vehicle signage, a Companies House listing, or public liability insurance documentation.
3.3 If the winner cannot provide satisfactory proof of eligibility within the claim period, their entry will be void and an alternative winner will be drawn.
4. The prize
4.1 The prize for each monthly draw is displayed on the Monthly Giveaway page and changes each month.
4.2 There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond its control.
4.4 Where the prize requires shipping, it will be delivered free of charge to a UK mainland address only.
5. The draw and winner notification
5.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The draw will normally take place live on the Reach Pro Facebook page on or around the first working day of the following month. The closing date and winner announcement date for each draw will be clearly stated on the giveaway page.
5.2 The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw and must respond and provide proof of eligibility within 14 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.
5.3 By entering, entrants agree that if they win, their name, business name and general location may be announced on the Reach Pro website and social media channels.
6. Data protection
6.1 Personal and business data submitted with an entry will be used to administer the giveaway and verify eligibility.
6.2 Entrants who tick the optional marketing box will also receive emails from Reach Pro about products, hire, training and future giveaways. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.
6.3 Data is processed in accordance with the Reach Pro privacy policy at reachprouk.co.uk/privacy-policy.
7. General
7.1 By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
7.2 Reach Pro Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
7.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.4 This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform on which it is advertised.
7.5 These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
