It's a private training session with a Reach Pro expert, just for you. Unlike the group courses, the whole session is focused on your needs, your equipment and your questions, at your own pace.
The one‑to‑one session is £200, in addition to your BWCA course fee. The course fee is paid to BWCA when you book your course; the £200 is paid separately to Reach Pro for the private session.
Your course is run and booked through the British Window Cleaning Academy, so the course fee is paid to them. The one‑to‑one session is provided by Reach Pro, so that fee is paid to us — keeping them separate makes sure each part is booked with the right people.
Yes. The one‑to‑one is designed to run alongside a BWCA course, so you'll need to book a course first — it isn't currently offered as a standalone session.
On a separate date to your group course, arranged before your course takes place — it doesn't happen on the same day. Once you've booked, we'll be in touch to agree a date and time that works.
The session is designed as private, one‑to‑one tuition. If you'd like training for more than one person, contact us and we'll let you know the options.
