We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

If goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or supplied incorrectly, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Responsibility During Hire

You are responsible for hired equipment for the full hire period, including loss, theft, or damage.

Suitability & Use

All equipment is supplied for professional use only.
It is your responsibility to ensure equipment is suitable, correctly installed, and operated by competent persons.


Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied or hire charges paid.

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.


Returns Authorisation

All returns must be approved in advance.
Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Scotland, and Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
